jajee Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the jajee platform, including all games, sports betting markets, account services, payment processing, and promotional offers available at jajee.org. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jajee. By creating an account and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

jajee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

1. Eligibility

To register and use jajee, the following eligibility requirements must be satisfied at all times. jajee may request documentation to verify compliance with these requirements at any stage of the player relationship.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jajee may require documentary proof of age, including a national identification card, passport, or driving licence.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be the sole and beneficial owner of the account you register.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date at all times.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player through jajee's responsible gaming tools, or be subject to any exclusion order or restriction applicable to your jurisdiction.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jajee supports deposits and withdrawals via major Bangladesh mobile financial services and international payment cards. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the player's account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jajee is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Players may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• jajee reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits or to request the source of funds if a deposit appears unusual in scale or frequency relative to the player's history on the platform.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are typically within 24 hours, though delays may occur during high-volume periods.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money winnings generated from meeting wagering requirements become withdrawable funds. Full details are set out in Section 4 (Bonuses and Promotions).
• jajee reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct additional verification if fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, jajee will notify the player and aim to resolve the matter within a reasonable time frame.

5. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

jajee supports responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their activity. These tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — are available to all registered players from within the account dashboard. jajee encourages players to use these tools proactively. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, bet results, or to exploit a bonus or promotional offer in a manner not intended by jajee.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure their use of jajee complies with all laws applicable in their location.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jajee's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or service offered thereon shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jajee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, howsoever arising. The following categories of loss are specifically excluded:

• Loss or damage resulting from interruptions to the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance periods, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service outages beyond jajee's reasonable control.
• Loss or damage resulting from the player's failure to follow responsible gaming guidance, including losses incurred in excess of limits the player could have set using jajee's responsible gaming tools.
• Loss or damage resulting from the player's access to and use of linked third-party sites or services. jajee does not control the content or practices of any third-party operator and accepts no responsibility for them.

9. Amendments to These Terms

jajee may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, payment terms, or the treatment of bonus funds — jajee will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a clearly marked revision date. The continued use of the jajee platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes the player's acceptance of those changes.

If a player does not accept a material change to these Terms, their remedy is to close their account before the change takes effect. Closing an account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under the version of the Terms in force at the time those rights or obligations arose.
